PAYMENT RULES:

1. All The School dues are to be paid from 1st to 10th

  • In April(for April, May & June)
  • In July(July, August & September)
  • In October (October, November & December)
  • In January (January, February & March)

(Exception can be granted for deserving cases by submitting an application to the Principal.)

2. Fee Book must be filled by Parents. Timing for Payment if fees, Summer upto 10:30am & Winter up to 11:30 am.

3. A late fee of Rs. 5/- shall be levied from the 11th of the month in which the school dues are to be paid till the last day of the month. Rs. 10/- for next upto 3 months. The name of the student will be automatically struck off the rolls and re admission will be allowed after the payment of all areas.

4. Parents are advised to kindly keep the Counterfoils intact with them to produce them whenever required by the school to verify the payments of the School Dues of a Particular Month.

5. In the case of Doubt regarding the payments of dues, parents are advised to make the payment first and ask for a refund later. This will be in observance of rule 1 above.

6. Duplicate Fee Deposit Booklet can be issued on payment of Rs. 20/- after obtaining a certificate from the parents about the loss of the previous one.

7. Parents have the option to deposit the school dues for the whole year in advance (if they find it more convenient).

8. Ignorance of the Fee rules should not be taken as an excuse.

9. Note: These rules are not applicable in the present Pandemic Times. Now, Parents should pay fees according to a monthly basis.

    TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR 11&12:

  1. The students who are enrolled with institution will have to work hard regularly. In case, if the teachers feel that the student is not working hard,  irregular in attendance, not responding properly, he/she may be expelled from the school. The decision of the Head of the school in this regard will be final and binding on the student. No fee or part of the fee will be refunded in any case.
  2.  If any student absents himself/herself for more than six days continuously without any prior written application. He/she will not be allowed to appear in the class tests and will not be given any test paper(s) and CCE exam, he/she may be deemed to be expelled from the school. No separate intimation will be sent to the parents. No fee or part of the fee paid/en cashed will be refunded in such cases. The decision of the CEO in this regard will be final and binding on students and parents.
  3.  After depositing money towards registration, if a student becomes disinterested in the inst. Due to any reason whatsoever and wants to take his/her money back, the school will not refund the money deposited towards registration/admission fee/Tuition fee. The registration/admission fee/Tuition fee deposited towards the particular course will not be adjusted against any other class student.
  4.  If any student/parents insist on lump sum payment of fee, the school can accept the fee in lump sum also. The refund policy for such students will be applicable as mentioned for students who pay the fee in installments.
  5. It is for the student himself or herself to see whether he/she is eligible for a particular examination or not. The inst. Doesn’t hold itself responsible if a student’s admission form cannot be forwarded or is rejected by the examining body on any ground whatsoever. Such a student cannot claim a refund of the whole or any part of the fee he/she has paid to the school.
  6.  Incomplete form will be rejected, it is compulsory to attach required documents and a recent passport size photograph with the admission form. The school reserves the right to use the photograph for publicity in case the student secures position/success in entrance exams. The students should also staple three passport size photographs along with the form.
  7. The parents can meet the coordinator for any enquiry about their ward’s progress or any other problem concerning their ward with the prior appointment only.
  8.  Any change of address/contact no. should be notified  to the office within 7-10 days.
  9.  A student who is late for classes/tests will not be allowed to enter the classroom.
  10. Any study material given during the classes or otherwise shall not be given to those students who are absent without prior application from the parents. No request/personal appointments in this regard shall be entertained.
  11.  It is compulsory/mandatory to provide email ID/phone number of the mother/father/guardian. The result of test and any other information by the school will be sent to the student on class groups as well as parents group of the school. If any information regarding result or anything else is not received by the student if he /she has not given his/her correct phone number in the admission form at the time of admission then the responsibility on this account would be fixed by the parent/guardian/student who did not provide correct information regarding phone number with whatsapp facility .
  12.  If any type of mishap occurs in the premises of school because of situations beyond control or any natural calamity of any type such as earth quakes, floods. Fire, electric short circuit, Terrorist activity etc.. the institution shall not be responsible in any manner, whatsoever.
  13.  In case if any parent/guardian misbehaves with any staff member of the school, his/her ward can be rusticated from the school and no claim of refund of such student will be entertained. The decision of the school will be final and binding on the student and parent/guardian.
  14.  Use of mobile phones/iPods/motor bikes/cars or any other gadget is strictly prohibited inside and outside the school premises.
  15.  Oriental Academy School reserves its right to make any alteration in its programs/venue/timing and days of classes without any prior notice to anybody. The decision of the CEO will be final and binding on the students and parents.
  16.  Documents of any student pending if any at the time of admission are to be submitted within one month after admission date falling which the provisional admission of the student shall will be cancelled and the parent will himself responsible for consequences arose thereof.
  17.  In case of any dispute or differences between you and school regarding the interpretation of these terms and conditions, nonpayment of any claim or any dispute arising out of or in post of these terms and conditions, the same shall be referred to sole arbitrator who shall be appointed by  Oriental Academy trust. The proceedings shall be conducted at Jammu under the provisions of arbitrations & conciliation Act and the courts at Jammu only shall have the jurisdiction over the matter and/or for enforcement as the case may be. If any arbitrator to whom the matter is referred refuses to act or for any reason, doesn’t enter the references or enter into the references proceedings or abundant or kept in abeyance or not proceeded with, it shall be lawful for Oiental Academy educational trust to appoint another person to act as arbitrator in the manner aforesaid. Such person shall be entitled to proceed with reference from the stage at which was left by his predecessor, if both the parties consent to this affect, failing which the arbitrator will be entitled to proceed denovo.
  18.  I have read the terms and conditions of the school and various policies of the school as mentioned & promised to abide by the same.
