From first foundations to senior school.

Every class from Nursery to Class XII, on one campus, following the JKBOSE curriculum.

    Building depth

    Subjects become more demanding. Students learn to question, practise and work independently.

    Preparing for what comes next

    Greater depth, greater responsibility and preparation for the choices beyond school, with the JKBOSE board examinations in Classes X and XII.

Students who need extra help are given time with the teacher, and go through the steps again before the class moves on.

How the year is organised, from the day the session opens to the annual examinations.

    New admissions join, classes settle and the year's timetable begins.

    Tests and activities

    Unit tests run through the term, alongside sport, stage, Scouts & Guides and house activities.

  3. 03Assess

    Half-yearly examinations

    Mid-session examinations are followed by parent-teacher meetings about each child's progress.

  4. 04Finish strong

    Annual and board examinations

    The session closes with annual examinations; Classes X and XII sit the JKBOSE board examinations.

What classes does Oriental Academy, Jammu offer?

Every class from Nursery to Class XII, on one campus, following the JKBOSE curriculum. The school runs in three stages: Foundation (Nursery to Class V), Middle school (Classes VI to VIII) and Secondary and senior (Classes IX to XII).
