Our students visited Gatisheel Jammu & Kashmir 2.0, a three-day exhibition at the Convention Centre, Indira Theatre, Canal Road, Jammu. It was organised under the guidance of Hon’ble Member of Parliament Shri Jugal Kishore Sharma, on the theme “One Resolve, One Step: Towards Viksit Bharat 2047”.
They walked through stalls from the RBI, CSIR, ICAR, ICMR, FSSAI, BIS, the Geological Survey of India, NewSpace India Limited, the Ministry of Earth Sciences, the Bureau of Energy Efficiency and many more. They saw the work of these institutions up close and spoke directly with the people behind it.
Science, space, agriculture, healthcare, food safety, banking, energy and digital governance: subjects that live in their textbooks, brought to life in a single visit.

Some things we understand from books. Others, only when we stand in front of them.
We are also proud to share that our Principal, Shri Vivek Prakash Chauhan, was honoured as Special Guest at the exhibition. Our sincere thanks to the organisers for this recognition, and for creating a place where young learners could see, question, explore and connect classroom learning with the world around them.
Because sometimes, the most meaningful lessons begin when you step outside the classroom.
